Cancellation Policy – SLV Holidays
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Cancellation charges based on days before departure:
0 – 10 days before travel: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged
11 – 20 days before travel: 50% of the total tour cost or the minimum cancellation fee, whichever is higher
21 – 30 days before travel: 30% of the total tour cost or the minimum cancellation fee, whichever is higher
31 days or more before travel: 10% of the total tour cost or the minimum cancellation fee, whichever is higher
Minimum cancellation fee: INR 8,500 per person
In some cases, flight tickets may be booked under special or discounted fares. If airline cancellation charges apply, those charges will be extra and must be paid by the guest in addition to the above cancellation fees.
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing through email or WhatsApp and will be considered only after confirmation from SLV Holidays.
